GZM Enterprises Refund Policy

At GZM Enterprises Corporation (“GZM Enterprises,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, and service credits are handled for purchases, appointments, products, and services offered through GZM Enterprises and related brands, including gz muzik.

1. IT Services & Support

Payments for IT services, troubleshooting sessions, remote support, consultations, onsite support, and maintenance plans may be billed in advance or upon completion depending on the service type.

Once a scheduled service has started or an appointment time has been reserved, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by GZM Enterprises.

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues involving:

  • Unsupported hardware or software
  • Third-party applications or services
  • Internet provider issues
  • Pre-existing device problems
  • Customer-caused configuration issues

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important data prior to service.

2. Maintenance Plans

Monthly or yearly maintenance plans may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

Previously completed support sessions, used hours, or already processed billing periods are non-refundable.

Unused future billing periods may be canceled with reasonable advance notice.

3. Custom Services & 3D Printing

Custom projects, special-order services, consulting work, and 3D printing services may require upfront payment.

Once production, preparation, design work, or material purchasing has started, refunds may not be available.

Partial credits or rescheduling may be offered at GZM Enterprises’ discretion depending on the situation.

4. Physical Products & Merchandise

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process replacement or refund requests, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging or shipping damage

Items must generally be unused and in original condition unless damaged during shipment.

Some products may be fulfilled through third-party production or shipping partners, which may affect processing times.

5. Digital Products & AI Services

Digital products, downloadable content, AI-generated services, setup files, configurations, and future AI Help Center-related services are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Because digital services cannot typically be returned, all digital sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated.

6. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in:

  • Loss of prepaid deposits
  • Rescheduling fees
  • Cancellation of future bookings

Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • VAT fees
  • Import taxes
  • Currency conversion fees

These charges are determined by local governments or payment providers and are not refundable by GZM Enterprises.
