⭐ ARTICLE 11 - iPhone Not Charging?

iPhone Not Charging? Quick Fixes Anyone Can Try

If your iPhone won't charge or charges slowly, don’t panic—many charging issues come from simple causes. Try these steps before seeking repair.

1. Check your charging cable and brick

Use an Apple-certified Lightning or USB-C cable.

2. Clean the charging port

Dust and lint block connectors. A soft brush or toothpick works best.

3. Restart your iPhone

A simple reboot clears background bugs.

4. Try a different power source

Wall outlets work better than USB ports.

5. Update iOS

Charging issues sometimes come from outdated software.

6. Turn off optimized charging temporarily

Helps diagnose whether the slow charge is intentional.

7. Force restart the device

This clears deeper glitches.

8. Try wireless charging (if supported)

If wireless works but cable doesn’t → port issue.

If your iPhone still won’t charge, schedule a diagnostics session and we’ll identify the cause.
