1. Check Power and Connections
- Ensure the printer is powered on and plugged in properly.
- If using USB, check cable and ports.
- For wireless printers, confirm it's connected to your home Wi-Fi.
2. Restart Printer and Computer
- Power off both devices, wait 30 seconds, then restart.
3. Check Ink or Toner
- Low ink or dried-up cartridges can cause blank pages.
- Replace or clean cartridges if necessary.
4. Clear Print Queue
- On Windows: Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click your printer > "See what’s printing" > Cancel all.
- On Mac: System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Open Print Queue > Cancel jobs.
5. Run Printer Troubleshooter
- Windows: Settings > Troubleshoot > Printers
- Mac: Reset the printing system (right-click in Printers & Scanners window > “Reset printing system”)
6. Update or Reinstall Drivers
- Go to the manufacturer’s website and download the latest driver for your printer model.
