We strive to provide high-quality IT services, consulting, 3D printing, and online products to clients worldwide.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through gzmenterprises.com and related brands, including GZ Muzik (a DBA of GZM Enterprises).
a. IT Services, Consulting, and Maintenance Plans
All IT and consulting services (including monthly or yearly maintenance plans) are billed in advance.
Once service has started or an appointment has been scheduled, fees are non-refundable except in cases where GZM Enterprises cancels the service without rescheduling.
If you wish to discontinue an ongoing maintenance plan, future billing may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
b. Custom or Onsite Services
Custom IT solutions, on-site support, or 3D printing service orders are non-refundable once work begins or materials are purchased for the project.
In the event of technical or scheduling issues caused by GZM Enterprises, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer partial credit toward future services.
All digital items (such as downloadable files, software configurations, or online materials) are final sale once delivered or downloaded.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not possible after access has been granted.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@gzmenterprises.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligibility for Returns
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of prepaid fees.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.
Refunds will not cover these charges, as they are determined by local authorities.
