We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

If you receive a damaged package or product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide options for replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
